Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Fresh orange juice Few drops vanilla
1/2 c Nonfat dry milk powder 1/2 c Crushed or shaved ice
2 tb Sugar (or to taste) 1 Raw egg (optional)
Put all ingredients in blender and blend a few minutes until frothy.
Makes 12 ounces.
