Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Pancake mix
1 pt Oysters juice
2 tb Onion, finely chopped
1 ts Baking powder
1 Egg
Salt pepper to taste
1/4 c Cooking oil
Combine pancake mix, oysters, onion, baking powder, egg, salt and
pepper. Drop by tablespoonsful into hot oil. Brown on both sides.
