Impressive yet quick and -time dessert is

-----------------------CHILL: 1 HOUR----------------------------
1/2 pk Frozen puff pastry, thawed 28 oz (2-14oz cans) canned sliced
1 ea Lkg 250g light cream cheese -peaches in juice, drained
1/3 c Granulated sugar 1/2 c Apricot jam
1 t Grated lemon rind 1/4 c Sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 c Plain yogurt
Roll pastry on lightly floured board to fit a 12 inch round pizza pan.
Place in pan and prick with a fork. Bake at 425F for 8-10 minutes or
until lightly browned. Cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon
rind until smooth. Blend in yogurt. Spread evenly over crust,
leaving a 1/2 inch border. Place drained peaches on paper towels to
dry thoroughly. Arrange on top of filling. Melt apricot jam and
brush over fruit. Chill about 1 hour. Garnish with almonds before
