2 lb Steak
4 tb Oil
1/2 c Scallions or onions
2 Garlic cloves -- minced
5 Green peppers -- thinly
Sliced
1 c Sliced celery
1 1/2 c Beef broth
2 tb Cornstarch
1/4 c Water
2 tb Soy sauce
Boiled white rice
Buy thin steak and cut it in narrow strips. Brown the steak in the
oil, then add the scallions, garlic, green peppers and celery. Cook
5 minutes. Add the beef broth. Cover and cook over low heat 10
minutes. Mix the cornstarch, water and soy sauce unti
