1/2 c VANILLA WAFERS or GRAHAM 1 c DAIRY SOUR CREAM
-CRACKER CRUMBS 3 tb DARK RUM
1/2 c FLAKED COCONUT 2 ts COCONUT EXTRACT
3 tb BUTTER or MARGARINE, melted Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
CAKE In a medium bowl combine
1 (8 oz.) can PINEAPPLE, -cookie crumbs, coconut and
-crushed (drained) -butter.
3 (8 oz. each) pkgs CREAM Press onto bottom and sides
-CHEESE, softened -of 9-inch springform pan.
3 EGGS -Bake
1 c SUGAR 10 Min. cool.
