Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 13/16 kg Flour
30 g Fresh yeast
25 g Salt
60 g Sugar
120 g Parmesan cheese
600 ml Water
30 ml Olive oil
Giuliano Gasali of the Grand Formosa Regent Hotel Taipei.
Dissolve yeast in a little of the warm water. Combine all ingredients
in a mixer bowl. Mix and knead. Proof for 1-2 hours. Source: Given to
