Cook the potatoes until tender. Peel them mash them. This can be
done ahead of time, or use leftover potatoes. Add the salt flour to
the potatoes knead the mixture well. Roll it out thinly on a
floured board cut into rounds or triangles. Bake at 500F for 10
minutes, turning them after 5 minutes. Serve warm with golden syrup
or jam.
