Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Sweet Cream
1 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1 ts Powdered Sugar
2 ds Orange Juice -- * see note
4 oz Club Soda -- or to fill
Ice Cubes -- cracked
* Or orange flower water.
Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add gin, cream, lemon juice, egg
white, powdered sugar and orange juice. Shake well and strain into a
chilled Collins glass. Top with club soda.
Not worth the risk of giving a customer saminilla from the raw egg and
getting sued!
