Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 ts Olive oil 3 tb Lime or 2 T lemon juice
2 Medium onions 1 tb Chili powder
2 Cloves of garlic, minced 1 1/2 ts Oregano
56 oz Canned tomatoes or 3lb fresh 1 1/2 ts Cumin
15 1/2 oz Red kidney beans 1/4 ts Cinnamon
15 oz White kidney beans 12 oz Light beer
15 oz Chickpeas Dry roasted peanuts
1 1/2 c Chopped celery Cheddar cheese
1 Green pepper, chopped

1. In a large pot, heat oil and saute onions and garlic until soft.
2. Add all ingredients except beer, peanuts and cheddar cheese. Cover
and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
3. Add beer and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
4. Add handful of peanuts and sprinkle cheese on each serving.
