20 lg Shrimp, shelled, deveined -thick and blanched
-and cleaned 2 tb Vegetable oil
3 ea Green onions, cut into 2 tb Teriyaki sauce
-2-inch lengths 1 tb Lime juice
1 c Blanched snow pea pods 2 tb Chopped fresh ginger
2 ea Onions, cut into wedges 1 x Salt pepper to taste
2 lg Carrots, pared, sliced 1/2"
Alternate shrimp and vegetable on skewers. Mix remaining
ingredients together in a bowl and brush over kebabs. Place skewers
in oven about six inches from top element. Broil 3 to 4 minutes on
each side. If desired, they can be cooked on grill in the same amount
of time. Be sure to baste several times during cooking. From Morning
