1 cn Sweet potaotes; 16oz, draind
1/4 ts Salt
1 cn Applesauce; 8 oz.
1/4 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1 tb Butter (or marg.)
1/4 ts Nutmeg
Place sweet potatoes in a 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt.
Spoon applesauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot with
butter. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35
minutes.
