Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Ground beef, extra lean 1 pk Shell pasta -- 8 oz
1 sm Onion -- chopped Cooked and drained
3/4 c Water 1 cn Green chiles -- chopped
1 pk Taco seasoning mix -- 1 1/4 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese --
Oz Divided
1 cn Tomato sauce -- 15 oz.

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion over med. heat; drain. Add
the water, taco seasoning and tomato sauce; mix. Bring to a boil;
reduce heat and simmer for 20 min. Stir in macaroni, chilies and 1
1/2 cups of cheese. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart dish. Sprinkle
with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 30 min. or until
heated through. Yield: 6 servings.
