Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Confectioners sugar
1/2 c Butter, softened
2 ts Vanilla
1/4 c Milk, approximately
Bakers chocolate ----------
-1 sq for light frosting
-2 sq for medium frosting
-3 sq for dark frosting
In a large mixer bowl, blend sugar, butter, vanilla and desired
amount of chocolate. Blend until well mixed and smooth. Add milk, one
tablespoon at a time, until frosting is desired consistency. Makes
enough frosting for one 2 layer cake or one 9 x 13 sheet cake.
