Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Extra virgin olive oil
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
5 lg Bunches watercress, stems
Removed, leaves washed and
Well dried
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Tear watercress into bitesized pieces and toss with dressing. Reserve
in refrigerator.
