Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Butter 1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Flour 1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Milk
In a bowl wisk flour, salt, pepper and milk. Put mixture in the top
of a double boiler.
Add butter, stirring constantly. Bring slowly to a boil and cook
about 2 minutes.
