Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 pound loaf
1/2 c Raisins
3/4 c Milk
1/2 tb Maple syrup
2 tb Applesauce (or butter)
1 Egg
2 1/2 c Bread flour + 2T
1/4 c Powdered sugar
1 tb Orange peel, dried
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 ts Yeast
You may hold out the rasins and put them in when the machine beeps if
you use the raisin setting on the machine. Adapted from Gread Bread
