Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ea Onion, finely chopped
2 tb Fat or cooking oil
2 tb Vinegar
2 tb Brown sugar
4 tb Lemon juice
1 c Catsup
3 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Water
1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
-salt to taste
-Liquid Smoke may be added
If desired
Brown onion in the oil and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30
minutes. Transfer to a blender and throughly blend, making a smooth
sauce, ready for beef, chicken, pork, or little fuzzy lambs...
