Fast Healthy 8-92 Drained reserving
Carolyn Shaw 8-95 1/4 c Pineapple liquid
SALAD DRESSING
2 c Fresh strawberries, halved Reserved pineapple liquid
1 c Fresh blueberries, rinsed 1 tb Red wine vinegar
2 Kiwifruit, peeled and 1 tb Honey
Sliced 1/2 ts Poppy seed
1 cn (20 oz) pineapple chunks,
Combine all salad ingredients. In a jar with a tight fitting lid,
combine all dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour dressing over
salad; toss gently to coat. Makes 10 1/2 cup servings.
Per serving: 60 calories, 1 g protein, 14 g carb., 3 g fiber, 0 g
fat, 0 mg sodium, 0 mg chol., 200 mg potassium, 1 fruit exchange.
