See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
5 lb Potatoes
2 3 oz packages cream cheese
2 tb Onion salt
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 tb Butter
Cook peeled potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light
and fluffy. Cool. Cover and place in the refrigerator. May be used
any time within two weeks. To use, place desired amount in a greased
casserole, dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees, about 30 minutes,
