Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Carrots, peeled, trimmed and
Split lengthwise
1 tb Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 tb Water
8 sm Cloves Garlic, peeled
1 pn Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350oF. Arrange carrots in a 13x9" baking dish. Add
oil, water and garlic. Cover with foil and bake until the carrots are
fork-tender, about 30 mins.
Uncover and turn carrots. Bake until they are golden, about 10 mins
longer. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and serve.
