Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Mayonnaise 1 pk (10 oz) frozen strawberries
1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese 2 tb Lemon juice
2 c Fresh strawberries -- 1/2 c Thick cream -- whipped OR
Mashed 1 8 oz container Cool Whip

Cream mayonnaise and cheese. Blend in strawberries and lemon juice.
Fold in whipped cream. Freeze. Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce
leaf and garnish with fresh whole strawberries.
