3 sm Ice cubes 1/2 Mango; frozen in chunks
2 Apricots; pitted sliced 1/2 c Carrot juice
1/2 Papaya; frozen in chunks 1 tb Honey
A muscle-rejuvenating, beta-carrotene-filled orange-colored wonder.
Add all the ingredients (except for the honey) to a blender in the
order listed, then blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Add the honey
and blend a few seconds more.
Serve in a frosted glass.
Options: Add orange juice for a thinner consistency.
