See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 Garlic clove; halved Salt
1 Lettuce head; torn into Pepper
- bite-sized pieces 1 ts Oregano
1/2 c Celery; chopped 1/4 c Olive oil
3 Tomatoes; cut into wedges 3 tb Vinegar
1 sm Onion (or scallion) Ripe olives (garnish)
1/2 Green pepper; sliced Anchovies (garnish)
6 Radishes; sliced Feta cheese (garnish)
Rub wooden salad bowl with clove of garlic. Wash and prepare
vegetables; combine in bowl. Add seasonings, oil and vinegar; toss.
Add garnishes.
