1/2 lb Tiny shells or twists
1/4 lb Smoked salmon
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Yogurt
3 tb Chopped shallots
Finely chopped fresh dill
Cut the salmon into slivers. Toss into a dressing made of the mayo,
yogurt, shallots and dill. Mix with the pasta, and refrigerate the
salad for several hrs to let it mellow.
Taste for seasoning; you may need to add pepper, but no salt.
