See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
4 ea tomatoes, peeled and seeded 1 ea salt and pepper to taste
8 ea scallions 4 ea cloves garlic, minced
5 ea pickled jalapenos, minced 2 tb olive oil
4 ea sprigs cilantro, minced
4 medium-size ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded
8 scallions, including some green part, minced
5 pickled jalapenos, minced
4 sprigs cilantro, minced
salt and pepper to taste
(4 cloves garlic, minced)
(2 TBS olive oil)
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until they form a thick sauce.
Chill and serve. The ingredients in parentheses are my own additions
