Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Mexican style stew tomatoes 1 ea Clove garlic, minced
1/2 c Finely chopped onion 2 t Lemon juice
2 T Chopped fresh cilantro 1/8 t Hot pepper sauce
Place tomatoes in blender container. Cover and run on lowest speed 2
seconds to chop tomatoes. Combine with onion, cilantro, lemon juice,
garlic and pepper sauce. Add additional pepper sauce, if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.
