1 lb Chicken breasts, lean pork
Beef or ham sliced t
3 Cloves minced garlic
1/2 Onion minced
2 ts Minced cilantro
1 tb Brown sugar
1 Juice one lime
1 tb NAM PLA (fish sauce)
1 tb Vegetable oil
Peanut Butter Sauce Recipe
Thread meat on to 12-inch bamboo skewers, placing several strips on
each of the 16 skewers. Combine the garlic, onion, cilantro,brown
sugar, lime juice, fish sauce and vegetable oil in a bowl. Pour over
the skewers and marinate for 1 hour. Heat barbeque coals until hot,
or preheat a broiler. Place the skewers on grill or broiler rack and
cook until done as desired. Serve the satays with Peanut Butter
