---------------------------- 1 1/2 tb Finely chopped celery
1 lb Roll pork sausage
Cut sausage into 8 patties. Combine apple and celery. Place 2 TB of
apple mixture on 4 of the patties. Place the other 4 patties on top
and pinch edges together. Cook slowly 25 minutes until brown on both
sides and thoroughly cooked. Serve very hot.
