Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Zucchini 1 1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
1 ts Salt 1 ds Pepper
1 Egg; beaten 2 tb Salad oil
1/2 c Flour 1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Garlic powder
Wash and slice unpeeled zucchini into 1/2 inch slices. Dip into egg
and then flour mixed with poultry seasoning, salt, garlic and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet and saut? zucchini 2 minutes on each side or
until tender.
