Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c butter
1/4 c apple cider
2 tb prepared mustard
4 ea fish steaks
Melt butter in a skillet. Spread surface of fish steaks with mustard. Add
cider to butter and sautee steaks ten minutes on a side in this mixture.
Also for: Any large fish steak will work. Suggestions: SUBST beer for Apple
