Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 c Medium white sauce 1/2 c Buttered bread crumbs
1 T Chopped pimento -Salt, pepper, and paprika
2 c Cooked flaked fish
Combine fish, white sauce, pimento, and seasonings. Pour into
well-oiled baking dish. Cover with crumbs. Bake in moderate oven
(400 F) 30 minutes, or until sauce bubbles through the crumbs. 6
