Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:



3 tb Bread crumbs; dried
1 ts Fresh parsley
1/4 ts Oregano; each
1 x Lemon peel; grated
1 tb Margarine; reduced calorie
1/2 ts Margarine; reduced calorie
8 oz Scallops; bay or sea
1 tb Lemon juice; freshly squee
1 tb Dry vermouth
1 c Garlic; minced

in mixing bowl, combine crumbs, parsley, oregano lemon peel; add
margarine mix well until thoroughly moistened. Set aside. Preheat
broiler; in shallow flameproof 1 1/2 c. casserole, arrange scallops;
mix together remaining ingredients pour over scallops. Broil 6
inches from heat until scallops are opaque, 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle
crumb mixture evently over scallops broil until crisp lightly
browned, about 1 minute longer. Each serving provides: 3 protein; 1/2
bread; 1 fat, 10 optional (on WeightWatchers) approximately 295
