1 1/2 c Cooked or canned cleaned -garnish with
-shrimp, lobster, or crab Hard-cooked-egg slices or
-meat -quarters.
1 c Sliced celery SHRIMP SALAD. Use shrimp.
1/2 c Chopped walnuts -Substitute 1 cup fresh,
1/4 c Sliced stuffed olives -frozen, or 1 can
1/2 c Mayonnaise or cooked salad Pineapple chunks for celery.
-dressing TUNA OR SALMON SALAD.
1/4 c French dressing -Substitute 2 cans
Combine all ingredients; -solid-pack tuna (2 cups),
-chill a short time. Serve -or 1 can salmon, drained
-on crisp greens. -and broken-up, for shrimp;
Makes 4 servings. -2 shelled hard-cooked eggs
Or use to fill Tomato Aspic -cut into large pieces,
-made in 1-qt ring mold; -for walnuts.
