Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

600 g Lasagna (dough)
1 1/2 Litres seafood sauce
600 ml Bechamel
150 g Butter

Giuliano Gasali of the Grand Formosa Regent Hotel Taipei.

Cook pasta until al dente. Mix in seafood sauce, bechamel and butter.
