Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 herring skinned cut,Boned
- into 1,diagonal pcs.
1/3 c red wine vinegar
1/2 c olive oil
2 t sugar
2 t dried dill (or -),Chopped
2 T dill fresh fine,Chopped
Mix everything except the fish together. Place fish in deep dish and
pour the mixture oevr it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
