1/2 c Dry white wine 2 ts . fresh ginger, grated
2 tb Dry sherry 2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tb . each 1 1/2 Ib's beef flank steak,
-Oriental dark roasted -boneless sirloin or top
-sesame oil, -round steak
-reduced sodium soy sauce 3 md Bell peppers (red, yellow
-and -and/or green)
-vinegar
Combine wine, sherry, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic.
Remove 1/4 Cup marinade; refrigerate. Place beefsteak in plastic bag;
add marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in
refrigerator 6-8 hours (overnight, if desired) turning occasionally.
Cut peppers in half lengthwise;remove seeds. Remove steak from
marinade and place with pepper halves on grid over medium coals.
Grill 1215 minutes, turning once and brushing with marinade before
turning. Doneness of steak will be rare (140!)t o medium (160!).
Carve steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices. From the
