Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 tb Sesame seed oil
3 tb Freshly squeezed orange
Juice
1 Butterhead lettuce
Leaves washed and separated
4 tb Bamboo shoots

1. Mix othe sesame oil and orange juice together, and toss into the
salad leaves and bamboo shoots. Serves as a simple accompaniment to
