Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Lime sherbet
Raspberry sherbet
Chocolate chips
Line a round glass bowl with plastic wrap. Spoon softened lime
sherbet around the bottom and sides, 3/4" thick, smoothing as you go.
Let harden in the freezer. Mix softened raspberry sherbet and
chocolate chips together and spoon inside lime sherbet rind. Freeze
for 1 1/2 hours. Unmold, remove plastic wrap, and slice like a
watermelon.
