Main Ingredients:

1 c. brown rice
1 1/2 c. fresh shrimp
1/2 c. celery, cut up
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
Salt pepper to taste
Paprika


Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Cook rice and when done let cool well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Garnish with paprika.
