Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Tomato sauce
2 ts Chili powder
1/3 c Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 tb Brown sugar
2 Cloves garlic -- peeled and
Minced
2 c Beef broth
2 tb Butter
1 tb Paprika
1 ts Dry mustard
1/4 c White vinegar
1 c Beer
1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
2 tb Brown sugar -- optional
Blend all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn down
the heat and simmer until reduced by half. This will probably take
an hour or more. Stir occasionally.
