Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 c (4 oz) Smoked Salmon,
-shredded
1/3 c Heavy cream
1/8 ts Freshly grated pepper
1/2 ts Capers
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until
smooth. Grind extra pepper over top of dip. Serve with raw
vegetables and crackers.
