Main Ingredients:
Fresh Snapper Fillets1 can rotel1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Lay the fresh snapper fillets in a baking dish. Drain the rotel and pour over the snapper. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.Bake at 375 degrees F. till the cheese starts to brown. Serve hot.
