3 Oranges; peeled sectioned
1/2 lb Green seedless grapes
1/2 Cantaloupe; chunked
1/4 Pineapple; chunked
1/2 c Shredded moist coconut
1/4 c Pecans; chopped
1 c Sour cream
1 tb Honey
1/4 ts Vanilla
Pomegranate seeds; for garni
Recipe by: Grant Corner Inn Breakfast and Brunch In medium bowl mix
fruits, coconut and pecans. Stir together sour cream, honey and
vanilla and mix well into fruits. Serve in footed glass dessert
dishes, garnished with pomegranate seeds.
