Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 c Sour cream -diced or sliced
1/4 c Vinegar 2 lg Eggs, hard-boiled and
1/4 c Milk -chopped
1 pk Italian Salad Dressing Mix 1/2 c Celery chopped
6 c Potatoes, hot cooked 1 tb Onion, chopped

Combine sour cream, vinegar, milk and salad dressing mix; blend well.
Place potatoes, eggs, celery and onion in a large bowl. Add dressing;
toss well.
