Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Pinto beans 1/2 ts Cinnamon
16 oz Tomato sauce 1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 lg Onion chopped 1/2 ts Chili powder
1 Ham hock 3 ts Sugar
1 Clove garlic Salt and pepper
1/2 ts Cloves
Put beans into large pot and cover with 3 inches of water. Add all
ingredients except the sugar and cook until done. Add the sugar. I like
to throw in some Linguica sausage when I have it.
