Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Dijon mustard
1/4 c Plus 1 ounce bourbon
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Dark brown sugar
3 tb Worcestershire
1/3 c Green onions -- minced
3 Garlic cloves -- minced
Mix all ingredients together to make the sauce.
Can be used as either a marinade or a basting sauce for shellfish,
fish, beef or chicken.
