Juice of 6 lemons 1 ts Bacon grease
1/2 c Salt 1/2 c Butter
1 oz Of ground chili pepper 2 c Vinegar
1 oz Fresh ground black pepper
Bring all ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
