Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 lb Chicken breast; boneless 1 1/2 c Frozen corn
-and cut into strips 1 Onion; chopped
2 T Margarine 1/2 Green pepper; chopped
1 t Chili powder 1/2 Red pepper; chopped
1/2 t Ground cumin 1/2 t Salt
Brown chicken in margarine with chili powder and cumin, about 4
minutes. Add corn, onion, peppers and salt; cook and stir about 4
minutes until vegetables are tender. 210 calories and 8 grams fat.
