1 pk Jell-O orange sugar-free 1 c Cold water
Gelatin -- (8-serving 1 tb Lemon juice
Size) * 1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c Boiling water 1/8 ts Ground cloves -- **
1 cn 16 oz Whole berry cranberry 1 Orange -- sectioned/diced
-sauce **
* Or 2 pkgs. 4-serving-size or any red flavor sugar free gelatin. **
Or use 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh cranberries mixed with 1 packet sugar
substitute. Omit cloves. Stir in with orange.
Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in
cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
Refirerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened. Stir in orange.
Spoon into 5-cup mold. Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold. Garnish as desired. Makes 10 servings.
VARIATION: Use regular Jell-O brand gelatin in this recipe. Stir in
1/2 cup chopped walnuts with orange.
