Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Mozzarella sliced thin
2 Cloves garlic finely chopped
-( or jarred)
1/4 c Olive oil
1/2 ts Dried sweet basil
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Salt and pepper
1/2 ts Red pepper flakes
1 ts Fresh chopped parsley
Mix all spices in olive oil. Let stand for about 15 min. Slice cheese
as thin as possible and place on a platter over decorative lettuce
(red leaf or green leaf) with anchovies and/or roasted peppers. Pour
spiced mixture over cheese and serve with toasted Italian bread. (wrv)
